You have heard the story of Rudolph and all the other reindeer but you have never heard about me. I am Rudolph's and Clarice's daughter. My daddy when him and mom had me decided to name me after his favorite person in this whole world. That is how i got the name Chrissy Cringle. My nose is red and shinny like my Daddy's and my favorite time of the year...you guessed it is Christmas...

My favorite thing to do is bake...i love to bake cookies..here is one of my favorite cookies to make for Christmas:

Pecan ButterBalls

2 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Sticks (1 Cup) Margarine
2 Cups Chopped pecans
1/3 Cup Confectioners Sugar (for rolling warm cookies in)

Beat butter on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar, beat until fluffy. Add flour, and beat at low speed until well blended, stir in pecans. Shape into one inch balls.

Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes.

Roll in confectioners sugar while warm..then cool completely on wire racks.
