Words of A Feather, Weave Together

Violinist, well educated, a bit snooty, and a proper lady. She's intelligent just like her brother when it comes to tinkering, somestimes offers her opinions and advice on his projects. Crystilica isn't one for meaningless conversation. She will partake in politics if they interest her or other serious conversations involving mechanics or music. She enjoys tea and various types of books as well as frown upon the lesser educated and will call you a 'downer' if you don't find her tastes...Enjoyable. Crystilica is the type of young lady to smack you across the face with a good thick book if you back talk. She is a professional at arguing...So don't even try to debate.

The Guardian Angel

Dominion the Zodiac Tiger Spirit

Dominion is a rather bright and cheery sort of..Striped thing. He is the light that guides Crystilica through the darkness if plagued by nightmares of what had befallen her and Clockwork. Dominion is quiet and enjoys the violin, often lounging around near it as if he's beckoning Crystilica to play it. He can float around, hop long distances, and phase through walls...Even under the cracks of doors! Nothing keeps this little guardian away from his charge! Except maybe...A ball of yarn. Or eggs. He does love eggs...

Relations of A Similar Taste

Clockwork the Graveyard Celinox
My twin brother. He is the Yang to my Yin. You don't need a gender to be my Equal. I owe him my life after all that has happened. We owe each other. I think being dead has taught him a lesson though with some things he shouldn't build...I wont stop him though. At least the next time he builds a machine and it turns on him...He'll just come back to life. I am running out of parts to repair you, brother. Take care of yourself more! And will you stop telling your children to come and bug me when I'm practicing the violin? How can I get ANY work done with you always pestering me!

Brokun the Steamwork Kumos
You murderous machine! I hope you NEVER get repaired! Its because of you that I can't stand dogs now! Not even mechanical ones...Sneaky things. You were the biggest mistake ever created. I refuse to say I took part in your design. You are a ticking time bomb waiting to go off. You hurt any one of my nieces and nephews and I will take a blow torch to your face!

Shuraka the Darkmatter Celinox
Sister-In-Law. She's rather pleasant to be around, always indulging in my activities whenever she comes slinking out of the shadows. We get along well despite what others say. She's encouraged my brother to have a life outside his hobbies. At first I thought she was another suspicious voodoo loving priestess who suckered everyone in so she could make quick money. She picked my brother out of all the Celinox she could have...And that means a lot. She saw passed his looks. We often get into colorful debates about if nature should be tampered with or not. Oh, I have to say as well she is a fairly good mother...Though she always pesters me to get out more and have children of my own. I don't think so. I don't have time for a family!

Moody the Marsh Kerubi
She leaves me alone most of the time. I think Clockwork threatened her with her life or something...That if she ever approached me to recruit she would be torn apart for Schematic Research. Though she was the one that my brother went to to bring me back, I don't trust her. She's obsessed with the dead and is raising an army of Graveyard Minions...Hm. I wonder if SHE will bring upon the apocalypse?

The Nieces And Nephews

Tell Me A Story...

This is a story about two twins...This is Side B. Please read Side A (Clockwork) before reading Side B.

The incident that lead to the twins deaths occurred one late night before the revealing of Clockwork's invention. A Steamwork Kumos had been made out of a few unnatural parts and was to be tested. It was a frankenstein experiment the two had concocted and it was to be revealed at the Steamwork fair the next day.

Crystilica was in her room, practicing the violin as she always did before bed. She had to keep her mind and fingers focused on the strings as best she could without looking. A good musician could play a tune without the help of paper. As she continued, eyes closed and ears standing attention to the melody the strings produced she imagined herself in front of an audience on stage. A spotlight to herself and everyone awing at her musical talent. Some day, she would be one of the world's best Violinists.

Then suddenly one of the strings on her violin broke and the crowd gasped, her eyes shooting open to reveal her london-style room once more. Crystilica's ears caught the sounds of barking and gun shots from somewhere close underneath her. VERY close in fact...

She put her violin down carefully and exited her room, ears twitching this way and that picking up every sound as she quietly headed down the stairs and towards the basement where the workshop was. Fur standing on end and lips peeling back into a hiss out of instinct Crystilica slowly made her way to the door as the sharp shriek of gears pierced the darkness.

Crystilica opened the door to find the Steamwork Kumos mauling her brother. Fur, flesh, and bone were strewn across the floor as the dying Celinox made a last feeble attempt to hold off the berserk mutt. Upon seeing his sister in the doorway, ears flattened to her head and eyes as wide as plates he cried out to her; "Shoot it! SHOOT IT IN THE HEAD! DESTROY ITS BRAIN!"

Crystilica snapped out of her horror stricken reverie as she made a grab for the chewed up shotgun. Pulling the trigger did nothing as she flung the gun at the machine and it yelped, turning its sparking head toward her with glowing bloodred eyes. Blood dripped from its jaws as bits of meat and fur stuck to its teeth. It stalked toward her as she turned and grabbed the ax on the wall near the book case. 'In case of fire' it had said as she rammed her elbow into the glass and grabbed its wooden handle. At that moment the canine had pounced, letting out a howl as its jaws snapped.

The female Celinox swung the ax in a tight arc, connecting it to the base of the Kumos's neck. Over and over she hacked at its head until it was completely off its mechanical shoulders, limbs flailing and teeth gnashing at the air. Its eyes flickered from red to blue, before settling on a dull blue, then the light faded out.

Breathing hard, Crystilica threw the ax aside and raced to her brother, fear, worry, and horror etched all over her normally calm and stoic face. She touched his face, moving his head this way and that, the damage was fatal. She knew it. The bloodloss would claim him in a matter of seconds and there was nothing she could do to help him as Clockwork died in her arms.

Losing her twin was like losing the better half of herself. It was a hollow feeling that fell off like tiles from a roof in a bad wind storm. Stripped away without warning. Crystilica laid her brother's head on the floor before looking around quickly, mind now stark and crystal clear. She pushed the horrors of what transpired in those 2 minutes and began grabbing bits of the mech work from the dead Kumos on the floor. An arm to replace an arm, an eye for an eye, some engineering of the finest sort would come into play as the female Celinox worked through the night reattaching Clockwork. She pleaded to herself and to whatever God was watching over them to let Clockwork live. Bring him back. something. Anything.

By morning, two Celinox lay in the basement. One the color of Graveyard with Steamwork bits fused with him, replacing the flesh and limbs he lost. The other...An equal Graveyard color who sat slumped over the work table, lifeless. Something was eerily still about her, as if she worked herself to death to bring her brother back to the living. Her paws were bloodied from the effort, her face dirty and buried into the wood of the table. Her clothes were stained with grease and blood as well as dust and grime from the basement.

She too would wake up from a nightmare and find herself alive...Looking into her brother's bi-colored eyes in question. They were once dead but brought each other back to life. They would have to flee their home, they knew, if anyone found out that two 'zombies' were living in the tenement basement.

Clockwork and Crystilica now reside in another large house with their family. Both alive and well. If you call the undead 'alive and well.'
