Rubus the Manipulator

Rubus, despite being or at least appearing to be a young boy, is the owner of a small theater
and is its sole puppeteer. This small theater is the frequent stopping place of the small mob
group that is purportedly led by the child Sealand. The exact details of the relationship between
himself and Sealand is unknown. Rubus himself is a mysterious character, all that is known is
