Recently the ocean has been a bustle with rumors concerning a certain new sea witch named Anemone.

"I heard she can tell you your future down to the last detail!"
"She can make someone fall in love with you!"
"I think she takes souls as payment..."

None of those are true, of course. While she is a witch, Anemone only performs good forms of magic. None of that hexes, curses, and charm nonsense. She will tell your fortune, provided you bring her enough pearls, though she is known to give out tidbits of future happenings on accident. If she hears you mention the word "hag" or "old woman" she will deftly refuse to provide you her services! She is young for a sea witch, and besides, she's a woman and it's never polite to remark upon one's age.

Occasionally she rescues sailors and shelters them while they heal. Of course she makes sure they can properly breathe underwater before doing so, often carrying such a concoction with her just to be prepared. You never know when I man is going to fall overboard! The seamen all tend to fall in love with her, but she's never returned their affections. Apparently there's a special young man she has her heart set on. Though she's never told anyone who exactly it is.
