Quillen grew up in Ziara City in a wealthy aristocratic family. They were always flitting about the benifits and parties the other socialite families held for this cause and that. He always got what he wanted, no matter the cost. His father was the owner and head enginer for Browning Industries, a profitable mechanical development company. However, it was nowhere as large and powerful as the compay owned by Vernon Yun and Marcel Martinez. His mother was just a socialite who spent her days lounging by the pool or lunching with the other wives, always draped in fine gold and gems from the Coda Caves themselves, her most prized was a gold locket that was said to contain a blessed gem shard from the Goddess Apollonia herself.

Quillen was always interested in his fathers work and would often hang around in his fathers study while he worked on new designs. When we was old enough to be responsible, his father would take him to work with him, and let him watch the assembly of the prototypes. His interest grew even more as he aged more still. Quillen was even allowed sometimes to help in the building process. His father made sure to teach him everything he knew.

As his father grew older and wasn't able to do alot of building anymore, Quillen started doing more and more of it himself. After his fathers passing, Quillen took the reins and became head of the family company. Upon the passing of his father, who had wished to be cremated, Quillen, with permission from his mother, mixed some of ashes into some gold ore he was working on in the shape of a cresent moon. He eventually did the same with his mother, only this time it was in the shape of a sun. He carries both trinkets with him all the time. He also in inherited his mothers prized locket, that can always be seen around his neck.


Now as the last reaming Browning, Quillen is the head of Browning Industries and has taken over the role his parents had upheld by attending galas and benifits for worthy causes. He will even take time aside during the Atebus Revelution to attend the Masqurade.
