He was found by the previous Storm Knight and was raised by him.He represents the freedom, so he is "carefree and a stylish charmer".If there is a meeting he can ditch, he will ditch it! But his abscence means that most work is dumped on him...And as long as there is a woman he will wink at her, even if she looks slightly better than a dragon! That's why his eyes turns red , since there are alot in this area.The carefree storm knight will always say somthing rude so no one really minds.If Storm doesen't get to his target, he will just us others to get it.But in reallity he is a shy guy who lies to the others because of his "Storm Knight appearance". He also Dye his hair blue for it ,since are there anyone with natural blue hairs? I guess no. And also he still is a virgin! D: Why do i know it you ask?
