Every morning, he walks past the secretary, winks at the receptionist and slides into his office with grace and expertise. He commits himself to his work and his patients, celebrities and common folk alike. With his clinic hidden in the luxurious Bel Aire in Southern California, many regard Dr. Beckford as an up-and-coming plastic surgeon, with a number of flawless and notorious beautiful faces as his merit. With the scalpel as his sword and his precise eye in finding beauty within each soul he encounters upon the operating table, he breathes slowly. This is his natural high, his niche.
They say he'll die from working someday, a typical Type-A. And thus, between work and whatever play-time he is alotted, Ken picks his poison each night, residing on a slouchy leather couch with wide brown eyes staring blankly at whatever show catches his very picky attention. He doesn't seem to mind. On the weekends, if he's not organizing patients data or reviewing and discussing his latest procedures with fellow doctors in his area, Ken finds himself at peace on the piano.
Dr. Beckford is a solitary man.
