Tara came into Nicole's life quite by accident. Her sister and father had happened upon Tara at an adoption event while on their way home from a soccer tournament and fell in love. With the rest of the family's backing, they decided to adopt her. When she first came home, Tara was not exactly the best looking dog. She had been completely shaved on her back where she had been shot by a BB gun while on the streets.It didn't take long for them to see Tara's true beauty- both inside and out. She grew a beautiful fur coat and her personality began to flourish in her new home. She loved spending time outside in the backyard, regardless of what the weather was. On a spring day, you could see her romping through the grass and chasing the butterflies. Now she chases the butterflies over the rainbow bridge
