A Personality In Need...What Will I Be?
Mechanic, intelligent, creative problem solver, blunt, and short tempered. ClockWork considers his dead Celinox self a blessing and a curse. He regards everyone around him as minions and looks down on anyone who isn't considered interesting. A bit negative about life and the living but if you scratch away all the grouchy, dead, and decaying mass of negativity you can find a rather timid guy who hides behind large walls. He truly does love his children and his wife, Shuraka. He just doesn't want to appear as a softie in the public eye. He and Crystilica were the dynamic duo of tinkering. One would provide the brains while the other would provide the neccessary materials needed. There was nothing the two couldn't accomplish.
Clockwork is genderless. But he is referred to as Crystilica's twin brother. The fact they are born months apart doesn't really matter. The two are twins and nothing more. You shouldn't argue with the Zone Twins. Because arguing is useless. They're logic is 'far more complicated' than yours. And you'll most likely be apart of their research.
The Faithful Sidekick

Wraith the Graymalkin
Wraith is Clockwork's newest minion since Demonique was given to his daughter, Chino. Wraith is a scroungy old shadow of a feline Clockwork let into his shop one night, padding along on the table and leaving paw prints all over his blue prints. Since then, this creepy kitty has been visiting Clockwork. Each night he'd leave the window open and each night his nightly visitor visited like a starving demon. Clinging to each sliver of attention Clockwork gave him. He serves his master well, catching rats and other vermin that try to make homes inside the work shop.
Relations of A Relation Are In Contemplation
Crystilica the Graveyard Celinox
My twin sister. She is the Yin to my Yang. I'd never survive without her. She gave her life for me and I in turn had to repay her. Though I have to say, being dead hasn't changed her attitude. She's just as stoic as ever! Though I shouldn't talk, I'm about the same way. She still plans on being a musician, despite the public's reaction to a 'zombie' playing the violin.
Brokun the Steamwork Kumos
I created you and you repay me by slaughtering me and my sister? Ungrateful beast! Sure you appear harmless after that breakdown now, but when will you snap again? Oh you...I shouldn't have made you. What did I miss in your design? You've not only taken my chance at winning the grand prize in the fair but you've taken my life and the life of my sister! The next one wont have mistakes. The next one...Will be perfect.
Shuraka the Darkmatter Celinox
My wife. Sometimes I don't know what she sees in me...I'm not that great when it comes to company. Some say I'm too negative. Others...Just say I'm a bit of a foul mouthed feline. But Her? No. She's the only one that sees passed the mess that I am. These mechanical enhancements, these scars that will never heal, marring my features. Though I have to say...When I met her, I wasn't expecting to have a family of my own...Shuraka didn't seem the type.
Mikkii the Glacier Irion
Your the first one I don't seem to have hate for. Interesting...If you don't shoot me I wont maim you. You seem paranoid, my friend. I have to tell you. Killing zombies with a bullet to the brain is easier than killing a rogue machine with the same technique. What will you do when your boom stick is useless against machines? Mechanical Undead Soldiers even? I think we should stop bickering and start planning ahead when machines snap and take over the world.
Moody the Marsh Kerubi
I said I would only join your filthy undead army if you brought Crystilica back to life. And you have. My debt is paid, I served my time under you. Can't you just leave me and my family alone you crazy witch?! I'm not like the other graveyard pets! I'm not a MINDLESS FOOL. You better start paying me well if you want my services...
The Gears That Wind The Clock

Tell Me A Story...
This is a story about two twins...This is Side A. This story comes first before reading Side B. Then comes full circle.
The incident that lead to the twins deaths occurred one late night before the revealing of Clockwork's invention. A Steamwork Kumos had been made out of a few unnatural parts and was to be tested. It was a frankenstein experiment the two had concocted and it was to be revealed at the Steamwork fair the next day. Clockwork was down in the basement of their little tenement house making some last finishing touches on it when he decided to give it another test run. Inserting the key, he brought the mechanical dog back to life. Its familiar blue eyes lighting up like brights on a car. It barked, sat at command, and wagged its tail as steam exited the chutes from its ports.
Clockwork only turned his back for a few minutes to get a rag to clean some of the oil leaking out of the side of the Kumos's head when he heard its pitch change into a low growl. Stopping short, ears being pinned down flat against his head, the Celinox turned around to face the once friendly machine...Which was now in a crouched stance as its eyes flickered from red to blue, its jaw shaped into the best snarl a machine could muster. Clockwork did not take into the fact that something he built out of spare parts and some other matter borrowed from grave robbing, would turn against him.
The Steamwork Kumos attacked, its gears grinding as it charged toward its creator and leaped onto the table, scattering papers and tools all over the place. Clockwork was unarmed minus his claws as he got on the defense as the machine attacked. At first he fought off the canine with anything he could get, a wrench to smack it in the face, a chair for it to bite into while he made time to get to the shotgun he kept on the wall. Shooting it in the head would end this madness. It had a brain from a once living Kumos. What had caused the canine to go suddenly ballistic was unknown as it continued to chase its creater into a corner.
The machine made a leap, pinning Clockwork against the wall. As soon as his paws found purchase on the shotgun, he jammed the gun into its mechanical jaws, teeth scraping on the barrel as they snapped and mauled. Clockwork quickly pulled the trigger hoping it was still loaded and a shot rang out across the room, shattering some of the interior of the Kumos's upper jaw as it backed off in a shriek-like howl. Clockwork had to take the key out of the Kumos's chest as it pawed at its face, its animal brain registering pain but its mechanical reflexes not finding the source. Its eyes flickered to red, and stayed that color.
It charged, Clockwork aimed the butt of the gun at the canine's face and smashed into its brain, spilling out fluid and circuitry. He whipped around and turned the key, yanking it out before the mechanical beast collapsed in a heap of oil, brain matter, and sparking metal. A huge sigh of relief escaped between clenched teeth as the Celinox made his way to the table, eyes never leaving the thing he had created. It turned on him. Something was wrong and he couldn't figure out what caused his creation to snap. It never showed any other emotion besides playful stupidity and the usual mechanical obedience!
Yellow eyes scanned over the blueprints, desperately trying to figure out what went wrong...When the sound of screaming gears ripped the silence. The Kumos was back on its feet, visibly sparking and stuttering in the dim light of the work shop. The key was on the table next to the shot gun as the Kumos reached up, over the table top and clamped down on the weapon that caused it the most pain, crushing its barrels and cornering its master. Clockwork was backed up to the wall as the demon machine attacked...
...And this would be the last straw.
The steamwork kumos ripped apart its creator. Its master. Its God. First fur from skin, then chunks of flesh, then limb from limb. Blood pooled around the scene and stained the many types of steel and brass the machine was made up of as it destroyed. It didn't eat, it only killed.
Cats and Dogs fight all the time...Be it Living or Mechanical. Its the laws of nature.
-----
After Clockwork's incident, he awoke from a dream. light flickering across his vision trying to focus. His arm felt heavy and he ached all over. Bringing a paw to his face he was stunned to see it made of mech, as well as various other parts of his body. Clockwork sat up and gave himself a once over, trying to remember what happened. The events of the previous night were fuzzy as he took in the scenery of his dead invention, head hacked off and on the floor in one corner. One of its eyes was missing along with some major parts...Which he now had fused to his body.
To the side he saw his sister...And a shiver ran up his spine. He knew she wasn't among the living, he could sense it. He slowly made his way over to her and felt her stiff body underneath his paw. She had did...Something...To bring him back to life. He couldn't tell what it was. They had both died. The realization hit like a brick to the face as he quickly gathered his dead twin up in his arms and fled the basement. They snuck out the back and out into the wilderness near the city limits, thick pine trees and brush hiding them from the world as Clockwork went about saving his sister.
It was a long shot, but, he heard of a witch named Moody who lived out in a cemetery a few miles away. He sought her out and begged her to bring his sister back from the Land of The Dead. Moody made a deal with Clockwork if he joined her undead army and would serve her when needed. He agreed, without question. Moody knew of the Zone Twins and how smart they were. She knew their tinkering skills with the living and non-living were phenomenal. It was perhaps an alchemy trick that killed Crystilica. Or perhaps...Something else entirely. No one knows.
Clockwork and Crystilica now reside in another large house with their family. Both alive and well. If you call the undead 'alive and well.'
