Here is Shamen's design, Still working on a colour scheme that works with her, but getting some ideas from raw gemstones for each of my dragons.

Shamen has Silver hair the similar colour of Moonlight, and her tail tuft and leg tufts are the same colour. She has vivid yellow eyes done in the same style as Discord. The Artefact she carries in her front paws looks like this in the centre. It is made of the purest and very rare 12 rays Golden Star Sapphire, it's design is here, and has a real star set inside it's centre making it glow.

Her necklace and earrings are made of pure gold, and her gemstone in the necklaces centre is made of pure blue sapphire, in star form. The name of the stone is Mogok, or Blue Midnight. It is a Sapphire cut int othe shape of a star and gives off a faint glow around the edges. The image linked here is an incredibly rare, incredibly pure 21.09 carat Blue Midnight Sapphire that sold for $10,000 in the 1980's.

Possible colour Scheme to match these colours here, that are naturally occurring in raw sapphire stone. the orangey colour is from copper and gold Micas mixed together inside the stone. I'm thinking her stripes should be a coppery gold colour.

Her wings are made of living space and she actually has stars and galaxies on her wings. They are constantly changing, but they look similar to these images.(Invalid img) (Invalid img) (Invalid img)

She has small stars, galaxies, star clusters, and comets on her wings. I would like small galaxies mixed in similar to this one and some from the following images.
