Deep in the carnival the music flows from a rich, inviting circus tent. Drawing closer, the red and gold peaks loom overhead and the scent of popcorn invades the senses.

As the ring master steps into the spotlight a hush falls over the audience and the a deep, booming voice welcomes the crowd to the show of a lifetime.

Strong men, clowns and the archan tamer come and go until, finally, the star of the show rides into the grand circle atop a glorious wooden horse. The wonderful little wooden popoko Daisy, Subeta's most talented acrobat, flies through the air with an unstoppable prowess that awes the crowd. Her performance is punctuated with applause and gasps and when she finally sets down on the sawdust floor the rousing applause is almost enough to blow the big top off!

With a final bow Daisy and her magnificent steed trot out of the tent as the crowd disperses into the chilly night amidst excited chatter and a floating wave of brightly coloured balloons.
