Cera is by far the weirdest person you could have ever stumbled upon. She only understands the language of science and human mind is a big puzzle, which she undoubtedly cares little for.She loves solitude but once in a while, yearns for communication. She has befriended Anne a fellow scientist, she admires for reasons unknown to her. Her colleagues are annoyed by her never-ending corrections.
...I am remarkably busy myself these days, doing incredibly important work on incredibly important things, which to people without my grasp on higher metaphysics or knowledge of chemistry, would appear to be utterly and astoundingly boring. While in fact I am assisting Mr. Crutzky. Though at first glance he seemed incapable of doing such important work, I had to disappoint in my prejudice, which so far has worked without imperfections.
December 12
There was an explosion in the lab today. I'm afraid it didn't end so well for Mr. Crutzky... Such a pity! On the bright side I met the most interesting gentleman today. I believe his name was Chris or Christian something. I couldn't quite hear, as I eavesdropped.
December 16
Mr.Crutzky is still somewhat rather dead, but otherwise doing fine all things considering. We feel he is nearing a breakthrough towards acceptance of his state, and that he will be much more pleasant to deal with once we can convince him that he no longer depends on basic human needs.

Weird, I know it's just a chemical reaction in my body, but I seem to be in a state, which according to my dear friend Anne, is called LOVE. But then again it's perfectly normal to surrender to my hormones, isn’t it? After all Chris ... Christian has the most perfect face I've seen in years.
