matheo has shaggy and unkempt brown hair somewhere between wavy and curly.
he's 5'9 with a slender build. his eyes are a vibrant blue grey, but they're always hidden behind
his hair, or his hood. his ears are pierced twice on each ear, and he has snakebites. matheo also has a skull tattooed to his lower hip. there are only two people on this earth who have seen it, though.wears nothing but hoodies and baggy jeans. often wears the same thing for a few days.

leans toward men, can't stand most women he meets.

BIOGRAPHY --

"Everyone is a loser," he coughed, taking a long drag from the cigarette, "and I hate them all." He passed their last cigarette to his best friend, Spleen.

"So," drag, puff. "You thinking about ditching town or something? You don't have any money, you can't even drive."

"It's not this town, man. It's everyone. It's an inescapable fact of life. But especially in this town, this town is crawling with them. They're like scum" Matheo ran a hand through his hair. He continued, "You ever think of fighting crime, like superman or something?"

"You're weird man. What do you think you're going to do, go out and be a vigilante? Kick some guy's ass or something?"

"Maybe. "

Matheo is one of [b]those[/b] kids, the problem children. The bad seeds. Disruptive in class, a smoker, a mall rat. He spends his time causing trouble and narrowly escaping the every present he is threat of the 'man'. At least, that's what he is on the surface. He lives with an alcoholic mom in a seedy apartment and his dad left to go buy some milk when he was a toddler. Must have been a lot of milk.

Mat's a fiercely loyal friend and remarkably kind, if you can break past his stoic outer shell. Sure, he smokes but he's got a good head on his shoulders. When his mind isn't in the clouds. He's got a good sense of justice and is always looking out for the little guy. He's got a way with kids. In his spare time he helps coach the little league team at the elementary school. He'll deny this as well. Due to some unfortunate accidents in his past he can't play baseball anymore but he sure loves the game. Still keeps a bat around with him most of the time.

He's not book-smart, no. But he sure knows his way around. Loves comic books--in fact, sometimes he wishes he was a superhero. In some ways, he is.

Matheo met Anna one night while he was out taking a stroll. Two younger boys had her tied up and she laid limp on the ground. They laughed as they poked the defenseless animal with a long branch. Overwhelmed with rage Matheo grabbed one of the boys by his shirt collar and threw him against a dumpster.

"What in [b] God's [/b] name are you doing you little sonuvabitch?"

Frightened, the kids replied: "We weren't doing nothing! Get offa me." Matheo stepped away and went to inspect the feline.

"If I ever see either of your ugly faces around here I'll kicking the living shit out of you, you got it? I know where you live, kid." But the kids were long gone.

Anna has silver fur and black stripes. You could barely tell though, with all the fleas and dirt she had. She was a mangy cat on the brink of death, but Matheo nursed her back to health. He had to steal cat food here and there but she was grateful, well, as grateful as a cat could be. Now she follows him around like a dog. She hates the smell of corpses.
