Marillion is fascinated by the Russian culture and as a result she started collecting everything that would remind her of the vast country called Russia. Her interest was greater when it came to the tsarist Russia, but she liked most trinkets related to the culture and that were done in good taste.

One of her favorite authors was dimitri. and despite his efforts of hiding his Russian heritage, everyone knew about it. Marillion collected over the years all his books, started learning Russian and could hold a decent conversation in this language, though for most of her French friends it seemed like a waste of time especially with such a complicated language.

But what Marillion liked the most was the famous Russian Salad also known as Olivier's Salad. She liked it so much that she started a journey to discover the original recipe. Of course, nobody knows if she'll succeed, but until then she likes sharing the recipe with anyone curious enough.
