As a child he was passed from foster care to foster home, to orphanages and was finally released by the state at seventeen. At this time he dropped out of high school and was pursuing his career as an underground poet. The problem with this was that the places he spoke at weren't owned by the nicest people, nor were the readings attended by the nicest people. So Ari had dropped in with the wrong crowd. The next few years of his life are pretty much a blur, he can't remember much. Parties, girls, jail time and lots of booze. Just recently Aries managed to get clean, have some of his short stories published locally and finally has his own apartment. He is doing pretty well for himself. |
