Dynastar grew up under a family that was classified as the working poor. His parents lived paycheck to paycheck, their funds not ever quite meeting the required amounts to comfortably provide for their children’s wants. They longed to be able to give them the very best clothes and not have to start saving for school clothes in the year before. Dynastar hated it and surrounded himself with his friends, whom were addicted to extreme sports. He picked up a skateboard and was extremely talented with it. Soon he moved into snow sports, which was a very difficult thing. He always saw skiing/snowboarding as a “rich man’s sport”. But he would hoard money away during the summers so that he could buy maybe a couple lift tickets during the winter season. Luckily for the young boarder, he was working on some tricks when a scout spotted him. He was immediately signed to a team and his skills soared. He now lives out his young adult life risking his body each day to get that cash he has always wanted.
