It was a cold winter night in Alaska when Frosty Sky was found. A giant glacier had just calved when

With the fairies lighting the way in the dark winter night they followed the noise until they finally came upon a baby Devonti who was caught on an iceflow after the glacier had calved. The baby Devonti was separated from his family. The snow fairy said to her sisters "We have to get him to safe ground or he will float out into the ocean." They thought and thought, finally they called on Mr. Iceman who got several bottles of

and made an ice bridge from the ice flow to safe ground. the snow fairies and snowbunnies coaxed the baby Devonti to safety. They took him back to the fairy cave until he was big enough to take care of himself. The fairies decided to call him Frosty Sky because it was under a frosty sky the night he was found. Sky was so happy to be with the fairies and snowbunnies he decided to live with them. On cold frosty nights he can be found helping the fairies help anyone who gets lost in the bitter Alaskan wilderness.

Winter Skies

The stars are glittering in the frosty sky,
Numerous as pebbles on a broad sea-coast;
