The Demi-goddess of Clearwater Streams and Lakes.

She is in charge of all freshwater streams which run clear,
while her brother is in charge of swamps, ponds, muddy streams
and freshwater marshes. She is under the direct charge of the goddess
of Earth and the indirect charge of Beautifully, for all freshwater is
beautiful. She cares for all the plants and creatures which live around
her waters. She is responsible for sweet berries and other water crops
including rice. Her brother and she frequently squabble, but their spats
are rarely serious.

I matched her with Boddaway, for he is not only responsible for poetry,
but also of birds and flying things, of which there are many that depend
upon the streams controlled by Upstream. Both were also gentle and kind,
