Name meaning: Decota is a misspelling of Dakota, which used to be his name but evidently Subeta enjoys punishing people by stealing their pets' names. (Probably a little harsh, but right now I am so pissed.)

Appearance:
Slightly shorter than average. His eye are a piercing pale teal, and his hair is white. He's pretty, but is generally unkept, with messy hair and disheveled clothing. He's very thin.
Personality:
Dakota is apathetic towards almost everything. He takes abuse without flinching, and doesn't seem to value himself. He often forgets to eat or simply doesn't bother, and is a sickly individual. He's very intelligent, but doesn't apply himself in school at all, and is dangerously close to being kicked out. His uncaring attitude often gets him into fights, in which he simply stands still while being pummeled. The fact that he doesn't fight back just serves to anger his aggressors further.
History:
Dakota had an abusive mother and a neglectful father. While he was physically beaten, the abuse was more verbal than not. He was told quite often that he was worthless and, after a while, he began to believe it. He began to grow apathetic- first towards himself, and then the world.
