Doogal is a character on the old children's show, The Magic Roundabout.
Doogal is actually a Maltese Terrier under all that fluff. In his opinion, his worse habits are turning around in circles too much and being addicted to sugary snacks.
For the rest of the garden, his worse habits are being rude to Brian the snail and upsetting Ermintrude the cow.
He considers himself the brains of the garden, but is truely a bit of a soft old soul with a sarcastic wit and a droll sense of humour.
