As a young computer scientist, Brynn’s interest in artificial minds stemming from her schizophrenia resulted in the creation of an AI capable of directly analyzing human thought. However, after being forced to abandon her work following a mental breakdown, Brynn began developing computer systems to determine objective reality where a fallible human mind could not.

The utility of this research became immediately apparent following Devine’s dimensional fracture. As the person most able to pull apart reality from unreality in Devine’s uncertain future, Brynn has reemerged to destroy the mind-reading AI she helped create and break her former bosses’ monopoly over the truth (but not before teaming up with a demon to wreak just a little havoc).
