Emani groaned and sat up. She glanced around the room, and attempted to remember where she was. Oh, she thought. Right. She was still in her new apartment. She sat her paw down and felt the smooth bottle under it.Slowly, she lifted the bottle to her eyes. "Oh my..." she whispered to herself. Quickly, she shoved her paw into the pocket of her shorts. Nothing. She had used all of her hard earned money to buy the booze... again. She sighed and sat up, knowing that-- once again-- she was late for work. She took her time as she changed her pants, combed her fur, and proceeded to walk out the door-- not before having one last drink of her tequila.
