He promised me an adventure, Jeff did. To travel to Antarctica and see every species of animals on that continent. He was the most amazing person there ever was, or so I thought. We traveled by boat, unlike most people who travel by plane, we wanted this to be an adventure. It was our honeymoon. The most romantic time of any girl's life. But you better be careful who you marry, girls. We finally got to Antarctica, and decided we wanted to look around before we set foot on the continent. That's when our boat crashed into an iceberg. We were forced onto the frigid island. And we waited for help to arrive. While we waited, we decided to explore the continent. It was freezing, and our coats sunk with the boat when it crashed. Jeff still had a suitcase full of junk and a cellphone with him, but wouldn't let me look inside it or call anyone. At first I thought this was because of privacy. Then, he tried as hard as he could to get me to fall asleep. I refused, since I knew I could die in the cold. He would constantly ask me to leave the area when he was using the phone. That's when I started to get suspicious. What was he trying to do? Was he planning on leaving me? After about four hours, it started to get dark. Jeff built an igloo for us to sleep in. When he fell asleep, which wasn't a good idea to do, I peeked in his suitcase to see what he doesn't want me to know. The only thing in there was a news paper. On the front cover was a story called "The Ice Cold Serial Killer". In the picture was his face. I read some of the article, saying he marries the women, then freezes them to death. I heard Jeff move, so I slammed the paper back into the suitcase, and shoved it back in place. That's when Jeff woke up. "What are you doing?!? Did you look through my suitcase?" "No, why would you ask that? It's your privacy." "Your right, sorry babe. Oh, hey, I know it's nighttime, but the polar bears are asleep by now, do you want to go see one?" "No, I don't really." I had to keep him here until' help comes. "I need some sleep." "Ok, babe." That's when I saw a really creepy smile slip on his face. Was he really planning on freezing me to death? Then, I heard the sound of a boat whistle. "Honey, get up! I hear a boat, it might be help." "Alright, come on, let's go see." And that was exactly what it was. But it wasn't help for me, only for him. "Clime aboard, Jeff." The captain said. Jeff got on, then I started up the steps. Then the boat started to move away from the continent, while I was still on the steps. Jeff turned around, blocking my path. "You wanted an adventure in Antarctica, but you never thought it would be your last." Then, when we were too far away from the island, he kicked me into the almost frozen water where I could die a dark, icey death.
