The Beginning

Born on the planet Jisallah, Jovi was different from her kind. You were only accepted into the species if you had the markings associated to the planet, containing the spirits of the ancestors and the life of future youth. All that resided on the planet bore these markings from the heavens; all except Jovi.

Once you were born, you were paired with a companion that would assist you with adapting to the inhabitants that lived on Jisalla. The day Jovi was brought forth, she was paired with Bonnie, a companion that most resembled her in every way except that Bonnie was not blessed the markings of the people. As well as being paired with her companion, she stumbled upon her own power that none had ever expected the lifeform to conceive. Jove was bestowed with the gift of telepathy, an ability which allowed her to hear the thoughts of the other species that lived on the planet Earth.

Nobody knew that she had the power to communicate with others from the nature-boding planet, so she concealed it from even her family and friends. Bonnie was the only one that knew she had the power, for she had formed a special bond with her master. She carried out this secret for 2 ceros, which is 22 years Earth time, but was soon discovered. Now that her secret was revealed, she was banished from Jisallah, never to return to her home due to her special gift. Accompanied by Bonnie, Jovi was forced to live on the planet that she somehow had grown connected to since before she was born, never to return and communicate with her family for the rest of her days.

A Fresh Start

"Do you think we'll ever fit in down there?"

Bonnie looked down to Earth, floating in space along side of her master, Jovi. Her wings danced as her body hovered above the blue planet. Her purple eyes gazed up to Jovi, ears perked up as she listened intently for her answer.

"I don't know Bonnie, we're different from other rabbit's that live on the land part. I'm not sure how they would handle the fact that we're from a different planet. Since we're exiled from our planet, we have no choice but to try something new. I've always wanted to explore Earth." Jovi flew towards the atmosphere of Earth, soon feeling the gravity pull her closer. "Come on Bonnie, I can't leave without you!"

As the two space bunnies were pulled closer to Earth, they quickly noticed how green the world was.

THUD!

"Ow," said Bonnie, "these wings will have to be used more often now." She stood up and quickly noticed that Jovi was already standing, but on her hind legs. Bonnie looked around and hopped a bit closer. "I think the inhabitants are the species that walk, or hop, on all fours. If we were to walk around on our hind legs, it might stir them up and confuse them. Maybe we should refrain from walking on two legs and try to fit in with them."

Jovi looked down at herself and laughed.

"I believe you are right, Bonnie. We shouldn't disturb the balance of their lives. Let's check out this world that we have been exiled to, I'm sure it's not all that bad." Giving a nod to her companion, they both set out into the woodlands, their wings tucked comfortably on their back, awaiting the pleasures of being an Earth rabbit.
