Hello, my name is Conchita.

When she was a little girl, Conchita had developed a love for baking. As she grew up, she dreamed of opening her own bakery. She did exactly that once she had raised enough funds. She opened "Conchita's Bakery" in a corner lot downtown. It was a simple looking bakery, but she didn't care. She was extremely overjoyed when her dream coming true. Being the only baker in her small town, her one-man business had grown successful over the years.

Until she arrived.

One day, a young baker moved into the vacant building down the street. She had arrived from a nearby town to start her own bakeshop. The sugary decorations and even more sugary-sweet goodies on display contrasted with Conchita's dull bakery. The owner herself contained as much pep as her cupcakes overloaded with pink frosting and sprinkles. It sickened Conchita.

Tell me, do you know what it feels like?

Day by day, the number of Conchita's customers dwindled until no more visited her. Everyone had flocked to the new bakery down the street while Conchita's baked goods remained untouched. Saddened, Conchita envied the booming business across the street, watching her former customers walking in and out. She picked up one of her lonely cupcakes. It tasted slightly salty, for she had wept while preparing the mix.

One day, Conchita decided to visit the new baker and make her feel welcome. She still harbored dislike for the baker, but out of the kindness remaining in her heart, she had baked her a cake as a gift. It was a fine looking cake, frosted and decorated with care. Conchita huffed and set out toward the new bakery.

The next day, the new baker was discovered dead behind her counter. A half-eaten cake lay splattered next to her. The customers were aghast at the sight of her lying on the floor.

This town doesn't have room for two bakers.

In the bakery down the street, Conchita stood behind her display counter, smiling.
