The ticking of the clock is the only thing you can hear, an unwelcome reminder that you're not sleeping. That this is real. Though you wished to God it wasn't as you feel a clawed finger hook over your wrist. You've lost track of how many times you've had these nightly encounters with the figure cloaked in black shadows and a grin no human could manage. A demon, a devil, you weren't positive but the moment you caught sight of those eyes - those glowing red eyes - you knew. Knew it wasn't good; wasn't living.

You figure you probably deserved this. After all, you summoned him. Stupid, stupid, why did you do that? You ask yourself all the time, proving how brave a boy you were seems so horribly stupid now. Now that you're stuck with him!
