Saturn Nebula was the 9th egg to be hatched in the Ornithology college lab, where students charted the growth and life of Lains. When Saturn Nebula got a few months old, she developed Avian Pox. She was released by the careless professor with no regard of her health or the other Lains that fly free around Riverside. As Saturn Nebula grew more ill, she became flightless. She was totally grounded and was in grave danger. One fateful day, Saturn Nebula was grabbed by a hungry Feli. She escaped by dropping a bunch of feathers, but now, her hip was injured. She was doomed to die alone, along the banks of Riverside, sick, injured and alone.

One sunny afternoon while CrazyBirdLady was taking a walk she saw the grounded Lain struggling to walk. After a long struggle she finally caught the mighty bird, who, even though sick and injured, was very hard to catch. After many weeks of using elixirs, tinctures and magic water from the Glade, Saturn Nebula recovered. He now lives with CrazyBirdLady and her other avian friends, she is very close to Myoko, who is also a Lain. Her rough beginning has made her a little dark and not very open to people, but I hope to change that with love and care. Saturn Nebula is very interested in our Galaxy and solar system, she hopes to become astronomer some day.
