Richard Braintree is the resident of room 207 in the South Ashfield Heights apartment building. An eccentric, angry, somewhat violent middle aged man who hates children, he is almost always in a bad mood and is widely known for his bad temper to the other residents. Always having to know other's business, he's guaranteed to start sniffing around when something goes awry, as well as being the guy that will bang on your door at 1am to tell you to keep the noise down.
