My earliest memory? Hm. I guess it wouldn't be so much of a memory as a feeling. Loneliness. I remember hating it so much, but I always seemed to thrive on it.

Heh, but most wouldn't feel any sympathy for me. I don't have a sappy story about how my parents are dead or how I was abused. Both my parents are still alive, probably happy some where. No, I was a terrible little kid. I deserved to be thrown out. Hey, if it were me on the other side of that table, I probably woulda thrown myself out sooner.

I was never very book smart and so I spent a lot of time on the streets. My parents hated it. I was always ditching school, fighting, or stealing things. Ha. If there were ever something I was good at, it was pick-pocketing. I could steal the glasses off your face and you wouldn't even know it. Then I'd turn around and sell them back to you, spewing some bull-shit about how they matched your eyes. People always believed me. Until they didn't.
