Just your average dentist. At least at first glance. This peculiar dentist has a love for harvesting brains. Thus he ended up locked away in Thorney Towers Home for the Demented. Though, the place was inevitably abandoned, and he was left there. He took it upon himself to take control of the towers. A certain 'camp councilor' used Dr. Loboto's odd talents to harvest the Psychic brains of the children across the lake. The children of Whispering Rocks Psychic Summer Camp. They took these brains and implanted them in their Psychic Brain Tanks. Of course, these plans were foiled by a young boy, and no ones quite sure what happened to Dr. Loboto since...
