Zarah the bat was found by Brutus the Warador long ago on one of their raids on a rival clan. It consisted of mostly winged enemies including Zarah. However Zarah was not originally part of them and was a prisoner herself , so in exchange for her freedom she agreed to join and help the Warador Army. Brutus frees her and she quickly reeks havoc with her powerful claws and jaws. Once she returned to their hideout it was Brutus who was responsible for convincing Malice to let her stay. Though Brutus does tend to creep her out at times she seems to care for him and often will hang with him. She also has a minion , a Endavaling she rescued from Kreecher's clutches. No one is sure where the little guy came from but he was about to be a snack to a vile beast known as Kreecher. Zarah having a motherly instinct swoops down to swipe the young Endeavaling before he could be devoured. After robbing Kreecher of his prey he has a personal hatred and vendetta against Zarah and she the same to him. Ever since the little one would stay by her side and slowly becomes like a son to her. The young Endeavaling does call her mama and despite hating it at first she eventually gets used to it. She gives him the name Ren and he is adopted into the Nightmare family.
