Eric Mundt, 20.

This young man's got smooth black hair just long enough to pull back into a pony tail, which he prefers to do. His grey-blue eyes regularly feature dark bags underneath them, if not bruises, as Eric is normally tired. He spends the majority of his days on his university's campus in an attempt to keep himself away from home, where an abusive father waits for him. Richard Mundt, whom Eric has mentally labeled as "threat" instead of "father," did not receive the news of Eric's mother's death very well. At the same time, Eric's ability to finish his college career through a full-ride scholarship depends on being a dependent resident in his father's home. He avoids conflict as best he can, and his fear of Richard has overgeneralized to a fear of anyone taller or angry-looking. Eric doesn't have an abundance of friends (read: doesn't have friends), and so only confides in his counselor, Monica.

If approached nicely, Eric will do his best to stay calm and be polite. Granted that a stranger treats him well enough and doesn't pry into the reasons behind the bruises and cuts that may appear on him from time to time, when he fails to avoid contact with Richard, Eric is more than happy to become acquaintances. The idea of having friends scares him, though, as he's certain friends would want to intervene in his troubles and that it would put said friend in danger--something Eric wouldn't forgive himself for.
