A world of blacks and whites as far as the eye can see. Snow covered plains, and black barked trees. It's not the easiest thing to have hope when the scenery is so... saddening.

To my people I am known as Maiti Jundo, Mighty Purity to those who speak in the new tongue. I am a protector of light, life, love and hope. Kuria and I do our best to keep the flame of hope alive within those whom we watch over, no matter how dimly it burns. Within these lands, in these hard times, those who lose hope have nothing. To lose hope is to lose the will to fight. To lose the will to fight is to lose the will to live. Life is precious. It must be protected at all costs...

And so we continue to spread hope over a dyeing land. The land itself may be dying, but the people of this land stand strong. I prey they continue to stand strong, even when the time comes to move on to new lands. Kuria and I will continue to follow, no matter how far they may go, for life is precious and the flame of hope burns strong.
