The color of our hair and eyes. Our clothes and makeup. Our personality, our job, our car and our house. These are all things that we can change, given the right tools and drive. These are all things that we use to deceive. To deceive ourselves, and others. Human beings are by default cruel, powerful and determined. We're liars and thieves, and we do anything to get what we want and need. We're monsters, every single one of us. Most of us never realize our true nature. We try to suppress and ignore it, like an itch you desperately want to scratch but don't, fearing the consequences. Which, of course, do exist. For every indulgence there is a consequence, and when it comes to human nature, it tends to be quite severe. This is where my job comes in. My name is Decipio, and I'm the god of deception.
