Spectacles the sun Legeica loved to run. She would run over the meadows and leap into the air, pretending she could fly. But one day as she was running the world in front of her begin to blur, and she tripped over her own hooves and fell to the grass. She blinked once. Twice. Three times, but the blurriness did not clear and she began to panic. Her Celinox friend Sawback trotted up and looked down at her inquiring as to why she stumbled about. After explaining the problem the wise cat suggested she see an eye doctor, and Spectacles did as she said and booked an appointment. The next day Sawback returned to find her friend was not there. She searched and searched until she found the Legeica curled up in her den with her hooves covering her face. She asked what was wrong and Spectacles lifted her hooves, and there resting on her face was a pair of red rimmed glasses! "The eye doctor said that I need them to see! Oh Sawback how will I ever leap about with these horrid things on my face, they'll surely fall off and break!" Sawback felt for her friend and smiled taking her hoof and helping her up. "Don't you worry Spectacles, come with me and we'll get you fixed right up!" She took her to the coda caves, deep in southern Subeta, and they approached he elder Itallo. "Itallo oh wise guardian of the caves, I have a request...." The old sage looked upon her and smiled brightly at seeing one of his Galactic children wishing to help her friend. He raised his hand in the air, and before Spectacles knew what was happening, her body was glowing and she felt lighter than air again. She had become a Galactic Legeica! After that she no longer needed to worry about losing her glasses or looking silly, because she was now lighter than air. And with her confidence in herself restored she could leap the highest peaks and run faster than any of her kind. Because she believed in herself she could fly all along.Time slowly passed and winter rolled around. Melody became a constant visitor and Spectacles grew very fond of her. She would visit her every day and carry the items she was given back to her owner. One day she carried home a special vial. She was very intrigued and asked her owner what it did. "Well I'll show you if you come with me." Spectacles nodded and followed to Vanya's shop. She was handed a box of instructions to give to the elderly man and the vial she was so curious about, and she offered the items. Vanya smiled and asked her to find a few things for him. After practically breaking her bank, she managed to return with the needed items and handed them over. Mist swirled about her as he worked his magic and she emerged as a beautiful nostalgic pet! She was so happy because now her owner would be able to ride her about Subeta on her new saddle, and she would be forever happy being so cute!
