The shape shifter that forgot.
He couldn't remember. Why? Why could he not see his face anymore? Looking at his reflection in the water, Ves would be able to see a face, but it was not his. Blinking again and again would prove to have no results. It happened. He... had forgotten. Ves felt absolutely defeated. How could a shape shifter forget who he really was? He had only thought that was a myth. No matter how long he stared, Ves could not remember a single detail even what color his hair was. There was nothing he could even recall about his past. As far as he was concerned, he had no father, no mother, and knew not a single person who would know his name.
Weeks turned in to months, which turned into years, which turned into a decade of which he had spent wandering about the earth. Ves aimlessly traveled from town to town, changing in between many forms from animals such as cats and wolves to replicating humans perfectly down to the last detail. The only thing that did not change were his bright, yellow eyes that grew more weary and angry every year. He felt like a fucking ticking time bomb. He didn't know why, but he began to have spouts of extreme hate and rage for no particular reason. During those times, Ves couldn't think of anything other than blood and death. Ves had never wished to kill anything before (should it not be for his benefit). Luckily enough, Ves was not in contact with anything to suffer at his hand during those times, but there is always a first.
