A mischievous entity or spirit that is attached to a small and inconveniently placed restaurant in suburban Japan. Despite the undesirable location, the creature affectionately referred to as Kibashi is a boon for the establishment. Kibashi keeps a significantly low profile considering her local popularity. In fact, a favorite pastime of the weasel-like fiend is sharpening her pickpocket skills. Her proclivity to shiny things has ingrained a tradition for locals to stuff their pockets with spare change and glass beads in the hopes that they will gain the entity's favor. The reason Kibashi is so adored is obvious to all those who know of her: she's lucky. It was established at an unknown time that Kibashi sheds luck upon those who dine at the restaurant. It has yet to be proven that this is actually the case. Kibashi may not be paranormal in nature in the slightest-she could very well be a ploy by the restaurant or something as mundane as wild pherret. However, this tradition is held steadfastly by many and a multitude of stories of fortunate events abound. It remains to be seen exactly what Kibashi is.
