My story...

She would try to blend in, pretend she was human, but it was the same thing every time, waking up on the cold ground, hands hair and clothes caked with blood. Memories of screams, blood and death flooding into her mind. On the nearest surface the date was carved and bellow it, the number of casualties this time. The carvings were his work.

Torsti would lose control, the beast would run wildly, as though she had some unknown destination. But she didn't. She raced on, hatefull, tearing apart any living thing that dared cross paths with her. And after days, weeks, even months of being possesed by the demonic horse like form, Torsti would wake up. And he would have been there and left the carving on the surface.

She had only ever met him once, Nicholas his name was, he seemed strange, unhuman even. The truth about her didn't surprise him in the slightest and since their brief meeting he always left his little message for her to find when she came to. Somewhere he was watching, whether or not that was a good thing she didn't know.
