This petite little neela is an unusual fellow. Unlike most of his kind, Thamasa is sweet-tempered and wears his emotions on his sleeve. Since birth, he has always been captivated by the beauty of the stars and the night sky. Even though he doesn't understand the significance of their placement or their patterns, he ventures out each night to gaze upon them.

A shy and reclusive creature, he goes to sleep shortly before dawn and sleeps well into the afternoon. Then, when the stars emerge, he ventures out to a quiet spot in the countryside where there is little light pollution. He grazes contentedly and relaxes as he enjoys the familiar sight of the evening sky. He often takes his beloved treasures along: a box of Chinese zodiac animal figurines to fidget with, and a blue telescope to see the celestial bodies more clearly. Thamasa dislikes cloudy or rainy days, but becomes even happier than usual when the skies clear.

Because of his unusual schedule, he is rarely seen and has few friends. However, he is adamant that the satisfaction he gains from his lifestyle is well worth the isolation.
