[Back Story]

Aeolian grew up in an affluent household, with parents and his loving grandmother. He was born an only child and remained so due to his parent's... disagreements. His father ran a business of lies and his mother was a petty trophy wife.

When he was about 12, he started to show signs of depression, and before high school he was proclaimed "mentally ill" by his father and was sent to an asylum where stayed for three and a half years. At the asylum, he learned the beauty of words and poetry from highly regarded books. He was finally released, declared a 'recovered borderline', and sent back home to his parents.

At home, he shut himself out again in an attempt for privacy. The only one he ever spoke to was his dear grandmother, who pushed him to continue his poetic endeavors. Unfortunately, soon after he left the asylum she died of what was said to be leukemia and a mysterious food poisoning. His parents unsympathetically forced him into a private school and chose his classes for him, trying to steer him into business so he would take his father's place one day. His life soon drove him to the edge and he stopped eating.

After a few weeks he went home early and, when his parents weren't around, slit his throat deeply with a kitchen knife. Shortly after, his mother entered the kitchen to find him. He was sent to the hospital where, after he recovered enough, he ran away, taking only a book and a pen, and his father's wallet. He feared to use it, but realized that he had become mute and could not beg for money. With his father's funds, he bought a small studio apartment in the next city and lives there to this day. At least he learned a few things from his father, like how to evade the law. His father keeps the card open for use in hopes of tracking down his son, yet Aeolian somehow evades him still, withdrawing cash from far off banks.

He's written a few books, not all successful. However, when money's tight, he uses his father's bank card to pull him out of the ditch.
