- Queen regnant of Parthian Persia / The Parthian Empire.

- Illegitimate daughter of the king of Parthia and a Roman woman called Livia. Her father named her as his heir, and died when she was 16. One half-sister, Caecilia, a Roman, who lives in Rashida's palace with her as a noblewoman of sorts.

- Though illegitimate, she was raised in a comfortable village outside Rome by her mother. She was told that her father was dead, and Caecilia was her full-blooded sister. When she was 13, her mother died, and soldiers from Rome escorted her to the capital. From there she was taken with her sister to Hecatompylos, the centre of the Parthian Empire.

- The king told Rashida the truth of her paternity, and raised her in the palace as princess. Caecilia was allowed to live on the outskirts of the empire, but was not allowed to return to Rome. On Rashida's 16th birthday, the king named her as his heir in place of his son, and died soon after.

- She ordered Caecilia brought to the palace, and bade her stay. Caecilia was made a noblewoman of sorts, given a large allowance and an apartment in the palace by Rashida. She also acts as an attendant of sorts to the queen. Rashida allows Caecilia to keep lovers, but does not allow her to marry.

- Not at all a good person, but she makes a relatively good queen.

- More set on expanding her empire and reach than making her people happy; however, the people are not wanting or unhappy.

- Styled 'king of kings' because she is their king, no matter her gender.

- They fought with Rome a lot (majorly during the Roman-Parthian Wars (66 BC - 217 AD), which was the first in a series of conflicts that would lead to the 700+ year Roman-Persian Wars.)

APPEARANCE » Light- to mid-olive skin. Very fit, slender, lithely muscular. High A-cup. five-foot-one. black eyes. black hair - Straight, thick. Always worn up in an unadorned ponytail relatively high up on her head except on celebration days. Very long, just brushing the backs of her knees when loose.

CLOTHING & STYLE » Wears little makeup, except on festival and celebration days. Typically wears leaf-shaped gold earrings, an elaborate red drape with silk cording and gold embroidery worn over one shoulder and across her chest, as well as various elaborately decorated and jeweled Egyptian coverings. She does not wear shoes, unless in battle when she wears golden sandals. She also wears the paw bones of a lion's two front paws, delicately threaded and twined together with gold wire, as a chest piece covering her breasts. Wears a jaguar pelt as a cloak. Wears gold armour in battle.

PERSONALITY » Very, very proud. Will kneel to no one. Regal. Passionate. Disloyal. Quick on her feet. Has no problem killing those who betray her, as well as their families. Jealous. Does not compromise.
