Wondering in the streets of Centropolis became of a stray, nameless Ruffie. Middle aged and left abandoned many miles before coming here ever since he was a young lad with the misfortune of being the runt out of the rest of the litter, only to be left to die. Only to know how to barely get enough scraps from what was dropped at the dumpster or beg from the more so of the wealthy side of Subetas and if he were to be lucky to get enough that lasts for a simple meal. No love or affection ever took place in the poor Ruffie's heart as well as the nurturing nature of a mother would give to a young to prepare for what will be at the next chapter of their life. Alone and unwanted with matted fur of what ever was left on him, skinny figure with nothing to lose. Being a runaway for months if not years, he was finally caught in the hands of the volunteers at the Adopt R Us, which was the very last thing this Ruffie would want to be under the hands of. To him as well as many others in similar shoes, Subetaians were the main enemies as to why lots of Subeta pets are unfortunate to be the ones kicked to the gutter, having to make through life "the hard way" to what fortunate souls could never encounter... This was their every day life with what they had to get adjusted to.
