lonely painter based off of vincent van gogh, who seeks solace in his paintings and finds none.

he paints resplendent things, but no one sees them. he tries to transform his pain and suffering into beauty, lays his inner demons bare on a canvas with brilliant colors and fluid strokes.

one day he dreams of a weeping/beautiful angel. and then he starts painting the angel and hallucinating and falls in love with this idyllic thing that he dreamt up but instead of giving him relief from his loneliness it kinda throws him into more sadness and he doesnt really know whats happening to him.. but actually turns out the angel is real (he was pascal's guardian and guardians aren't supposed to make contact with the people they watch, but the angel couldnt stand how sad pascal was so he kinda inserted himself in a dream which is how the whole thing starts)
