Story:

Sergeant or The Bull is a member of the Brotherhood of Steel (West Coast Divison) and Paladin of the elite guard of the higest Eldest. He his a good friend of Vault but cause of his duty he did stay in California to protect the highest Eldest.

Sergeant is a good medic and was the one who found the grave injured Vault shortly after Vault escaped from Vault 13. Still knight at that times, Sergeant decided to take care of Vault and find somone who can treat the grave wounds of the young man lying bevor him. By doing so he stood against the orders of his Paladin in command who wanted Sergeant to leave Vault to die because he was of no use for the brotherhood and the first priority was to fullfill the task they were given.. regardless Sergeant did help Vault.
