Friend of the Forests

I know what you're thinking.

A serpent. In a garden. Doesn't that seem mildly.. biblical?

To quell your suspicions; I was in fact a serpent creature in the Garden, but no - I was not the Devil. I have seen the creation of beauty, of elegance, and of the human race.I have watched life bud and grow into prosperous organisms, only to wither and die later on at the turning of seasons. The life cycles of flora and fauna all intertwine in a beautiful dance of life, death, and rejuvenation. And I am honored to be witness to it.

I do the best that I can to guard all of Mother Nature's beauty, as I have seen how much can be destroyed. I cannot let my home be tainted, as I survive off the natural essence of the Earth. With every flower planted, every tree that grows tall, every biome and ecosystem that flourishes, I am able to stay healthy. But with every forest fire, every degradation of a garden or forest, or pollution of precious soil and the once pristine ocean, I feel my immortality diminish as I begin to die with Nature.

So despite being a "fiery serpent", I wish no harm; I only wish to reside peacefully in the Garden.
