Why some of you see new things first
When I build something big, it goes to a small group of players before it goes to everyone. Staff are always in that group, and the rest are picked at random.
If something's broken, it's broken for a few people instead of the whole site, and I can fix it before most of you ever run into it.
Each test has a short survey that pays sP, once per round. I read the comments, change what needs changing, and ask again. The survey tells you what changed since the last round.
When the answers stop turning up problems, the test opens up to everyone.
