This profile starts slow and kinda depressing but gets better. :)Big News-for me anyway: I had a heart attack (but zero heart muscle damage!Yay!) a few days before Halloween 2017 and was told I had to have a triple bypass( I wasn't thrilled by the news-but,as the alternative was death,I moved on.). I was taken to another,much better hospital and had days of tests-and found out there WAS another alternative and that was what they felt it was best to do! So I had 2 stents implanted in my coronary arteries on Halloween day-seeing everyone who was going to be involved in my HEART OPERATION in their costumes while I was prepped was a trip. If you are curious look up the procedure online,I had never heard of a basically noninvasive way to treat a heart attack before but it's awesome,fixed the problem without having to split my ribcage/stop my heart,do artery grafts,etc,etc,etc.//////////////////////////////////////// I like this site because it's fun,distracting,has top quality artwork and has very few verminous humans./////////////////////////// I am disabled with a severe form of narcolepsy (I do not have cataplexy though-YAY!) ////////////////////////////////////////////////// I am an extremely knowledgeable amateur historical weapons expert (I have found and proved factual inaccuracies in two separate BBC documentaries). If you have a question about weapons-before the advent of self-contained metallic cartridge ammunition-please just ask./////////////////////// I love animals both wild and domesticated.I worked at a wildlife refuge while attending high school,I worked as a vet tech and did wild animal rescue/rehabilitation professionally in my youth.Later,mainly because such jobs at that time/place didn't pay a living wage,I worked as a machinist. I still rescue animals if I see the need,my most recent was a snapping turtle lost in a suburban neighborhood. |
