In Their Own Words: Sailor Neptune from the Sailor Moon series! This is somewhat based off of her uniform in the Sailor Stars arc of the manga.

In Their Own Words: Anarchy Stocking from the anime Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. Out of all the characters on the show I chose to cosplay as Stocking because she's a major foodie, an angel fallen from heaven due to her love for sweets, and Gourmand is a big part of my interests on site and then because she was lolita and I remember people saying during Tres Chic there wasn't enough of that on site so I wanted to see how hard it would be to make a makeshift lolita costume!
