Lest this year of quiet lull you into complacency, User not found: merana has sent this hydrus popoko up from the briny depths as a reminder that she's still there. She's still angry.

The Hydrus pets are a special breed of pets that Merana has created to follow her every command. Seacreatures through and through, they follow her every whim!
I first wanted to make Courroux a Hydrus Archan, but when I saw the Popoko I tried my luck immediately. So, now his no longer a Nightmare Anyu, but a nice little Popoko <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_grin.gif" border="0" />
And Merana was so nice, the quest's price was only at a total of about 60k <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_grin.gif" border="0" />

That is quite the ferocious looking Popoko... it makes some of the Hydrus pets look tame, haha!

I've never cared much for Popokos, but that's actually pretty cool. Is it strange that I really want to pet its tail even it looks like it would eat my face?
