I agree, I don't like the Swampie at all, but I looked at this and thought I have to have that! It only clicked in later that it was a Swampie! XD

Oh joy the wings look so much more elegant! Loved the puppy face on the old version though...

the wings are a bit off angle with the swampie itself; notice how the wings make a slanted line with how they're pointing, and yet the body is turned differently than that line.
besides that, good work! a lot of angelic pets could use a revamp and it's nice to see them coming out.

Overall I really like this pet, and I've never been a fan of this species. However, I have to agree with what a few people are saying... something looks awkward about the wings. Maybe if they had been larger, or maybe at the same level? I can't really put my finger on it.
Other than that, it's really great.

I really, really like that the wings are added and that the flippers didn't get turn into wings. I think that is my favorite thing about it. I don't care for the turned head though, I would have liked it to be looking straight on
Well it's better than what was there before, but I don't see why it should be happy when it looks as though it's got a broken wing. I have no idea what the swampie is supposed to be doing.

I'm actually kinda glad the flippers aren't the wings because it's been done before. This is a really good improvement!

What with the Chelon and all, I was really expecting the flippers to become the wings. This kind of looks awkward.
I, personally, love swampies (just haven't a pet slot with a good character for a swampie yet!), and this is obviously much, much better than the original. Not sure I love that its head is turned though. :S
It's great to see it finally updated, but the swampies always seem to be somewhat outdated, no matter how or when they get their updates. : I suppose it might just be the style of the art, or being limited in their design since they're pretty basic/non-detail oriented pets. The wings are lovely, and the perspective is unique, but they're so small and they look like slivers..

That face is wonderful! Gleeful perspective win! I love it so much... if only I had a character that could be a Swampie. Good to see this species getting some love.

I like the face and the pose a lot, but I don't like the wings. They could be bigger and another perspective would help to see them more as wings. They look weird this way.

i hate swampies just because i don't like ... idk, lochness monster creature type things hahaha, but the artist did a fabulous job on this one. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" /> i wouldn't get one myself but for those that like swampies, i'm sure this is more than sufficient. it looks very angelic indeed. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />
